Social networks have become the new space for different social groups or individuals to express themselves against or in favor of different issues that are in society. The present research consists of a content analysis of the anti-bullfighting tweets produced by Felipe Ogaz, an anti-bullfighting activist from Quito, in his personal Twitter account during the period 2015 - 2018. The methodology applied to meet the objectives set out in this study is under a mixed approach and an exploratory research, since there are few studies conducted about anti-bullfighting cyberactivism. The techniques used were non-participant observation and content analysis, in the latter the "topic" was used as a unit of registration in order to understand what were the thematic contents of the tweets made by Ogaz. In addition, it was possible to recognize and explain the actors, hashtags and responses.
