The aim of the study was to develop new derivative of heterocyclic compound taking orthophenylenediamine as precursor that have better effect and with less side effects using computer aided drug design. As from the literature survey near most all benzimidazole derivative possesses antimicrobial derivative as well as anthelmintic activity, so all the designed derivatives may also possess little to moderate antimicrobial activity as well as anthelmintic activity and most of them follow lipinski’s rule so they are orally active drugs having a good pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamics properties.
